First please keep yourself calm & compose. Now first of all, change your Email accounts passwords and if you have given any confidential information like details your Credit Card or Internet banking then change them at earliest. And also don't forget the report it to concerned authorities. The most important of them all is to contact the Police or such legal bodies with all details of that email.
